We are a group of publishers and apps in programmatic advertising who trusted and worked with UndrAds. The company —UndrAds Innovation Technologies L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai (Meydan Grandstand, Nad Al Sheba) and led by Lakshya Ankit Pratap Singh and Anupam Yadav, which the affected parties consider a possible shell company— has not paid us despite our repeated requests. We have already sent legal demands, assisted by lawyers, and are coordinating the claim to recover what UndrAds owes us.

experience— of a high risk of non-payment: the
services provided have allegedly gone unpaid. In addition, according to public information, these
individuals appear as speakers and/or sponsors at industry events (for example,
activities of
Vietnam Game Connect),
an activity the affected parties find hard to reconcile with the amounts that allegedly remain
unpaid. Before committing anything, exercise extreme caution, verify all

Gather everything that proves your contribution and the agreed terms:

- Proof of transfers or payments (bank, crypto, payment gateway).
- Any evidence that the payment was diverted to a third party.
