● Publishers & apps affected by UndrAds · Collective claim in progress

UndrAds hasn't paid us. We're claiming what we're owed.

We are a group of publishers and apps in programmatic advertising who trusted and worked with UndrAds. The company —UndrAds Innovation Technologies L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai (Meydan Grandstand, Nad Al Sheba) and led by Lakshya Ankit Pratap Singh and Anupam Yadav, which the affected parties consider a possible shell company— has not paid us despite our repeated requests. We have already sent legal demands, assisted by lawyers, and are coordinating the claim to recover what UndrAds owes us.

⚠ WARNING TO PUBLISHERS & APPS · HIGH RISK OF NON-PAYMENT If you are thinking of monetizing your app or website with UndrAds, this group of affected parties warns you —based on our own experience— of a high risk of non-payment: the services provided have allegedly gone unpaid. In addition, according to public information, these individuals appear as speakers and/or sponsors at industry events (for example, activities of Vietnam Game Connect), an activity the affected parties find hard to reconcile with the amounts that allegedly remain unpaid. Before committing anything, exercise extreme caution, verify all information independently and get everything in writing.
The facts, according to the affected parties

What happened

This is the account of the group of affected parties. Every statement corresponds to the testimony and documentation provided by the people harmed.

“We were presented with an investment project and put in our money under specific terms and commitments. When the agreed time came, we received neither the return of our funds nor the promised profit, and our requests for information and repayment have allegedly gone unanswered.”
🤝

The promise

We were offered the chance to become investors in the company UndrAds, under specific terms and return commitments.

💸

The payment

An investor entry fee was paid and, on top of that, money was lent to the company. Part of the payment was allegedly diverted to a third party instead of going directly to UndrAds.

🚫

The non-payment

When the time came, none of the amounts have been returned, nor the promised return, despite the requests. The affected parties consider this, allegedly, a refusal to pay and not a mere delay.

Documented breakdown

How much is owed

Detail of the amounts handed over by Roger Salomo, according to the documentation provided to the case. The combined total across all affected parties exceeds $40,000.

Practical guide

How to claim your money from UndrAds

These are the general steps the group follows. They do not replace advice from a lawyer, but they help you organise your case and join with strength.

💼

If you are an investor

Gather everything that proves your contribution and the agreed terms:

  • Contracts, agreements or emails with the terms and the promised return.
  • Proof of transfers or payments (bank, crypto, payment gateway).
  • Any evidence that the payment was diverted to a third party.
  • Conversations (chats, emails) where you request payment and get no response.
🖥️

If you are a publisher (app or website owner)

Document the services provided and the unpaid amounts:

  • Dashboard / stats showing the impressions or campaigns served.
  • Invoices issued and outstanding balances.
  • Emails requesting payment and the replies (or the silence).
  • Dates of the unsettled periods.
STEP 1

Document and quantify

Organise your evidence and calculate the exact amount you are owed.

STEP 2

Join the group

Fill in the form. Claiming together lowers costs and strengthens the case.

STEP 3

Formal demand

With a lawyer, a formal demand (Legal Notice) is sent requiring payment.

STEP 4

Court action and report

If there is no payment, a lawsuit is filed and, where appropriate, a report is made to the competent authorities (police / prosecutor / regulator, depending on your country).
