Warnings and legal demands (Legal Notice) have been sent requiring payment of the amounts owed. [Expand here with the detail you want to make public.]
We are a group of publishers and apps in programmatic advertising who trusted and worked with UndrAds. The company —UndrAds Innovation Technologies L.L.C-FZ, based in Dubai (Meydan Grandstand, Nad Al Sheba) and led by Lakshya Ankit Pratap Singh and Anupam Yadav, which the affected parties consider a possible shell company— has not paid us despite our repeated requests. We have already sent legal demands, assisted by lawyers, and are coordinating the claim to recover what UndrAds owes us.
This is the account of the group of affected parties. Every statement corresponds to the testimony and documentation provided by the people harmed.
We were offered the chance to become investors in the company UndrAds, under specific terms and return commitments.
An investor entry fee was paid and, on top of that, money was lent to the company. Part of the payment was allegedly diverted to a third party instead of going directly to UndrAds.
When the time came, none of the amounts have been returned, nor the promised return, despite the requests. The affected parties consider this, allegedly, a refusal to pay and not a mere delay.
Detail of the amounts handed over by Roger Salomo, according to the documentation provided to the case. The combined total across all affected parties exceeds $40,000.

Gather everything that proves your contribution and the agreed terms:
Document the services provided and the unpaid amounts:
Organise your evidence and calculate the exact amount you are owed.
With a lawyer, a formal demand (Legal Notice) is sent requiring payment.
If there is no payment, a lawsuit is filed and, where appropriate, a report is made to the competent authorities (police / prosecutor / regulator, depending on your country).
We regularly post the progress of the claim against UndrAds and guides for affected publishers and apps. A regularly updated blog helps other people affected by UndrAds find us. Check back often or join the group to receive updates.
