How to verify the company behind an ad network like UndrAds (and spot a possible shell company)

If you've already provided services and haven't been paid, don't let it slide "to see if they pay." Time works against you: the sooner you organize your case and act, the better your chances of recovering the money. These are the steps the group of affected parties follows.

1. Document and quantify

  • Gather invoices issued, outstanding balances and the unsettled periods.
  • Export dashboard stats (impressions/campaigns served) and screenshot them in case they cut your access.
  • Keep all emails and chats where you request payment and their replies or silence. Calculate the exact amount owed.

2. Send a formal written demand

A dated payment-demand email stating amount and deadline creates a record. If they don't respond, the next step is a formal legal demand (Legal Notice), ideally through a lawyer, addressed to the correct entity (the legal name on the contract/invoice, not just the brand).

3. Join other affected parties

Claiming as a group lowers legal costs and carries more weight: several documented non-payments count for more than one alone. Share evidence and coordinate strategy.

4. Consider court action and reporting

  • If there's no payment, the debt can be claimed in court with a lawyer.
  • Depending on the case and country, you may report to the police, prosecutor or regulator, and alert industry platforms or associations.
  • Mind the jurisdiction: if the entity is abroad (e.g. a free zone), find out how a claim works there.
